📍 The event will take place at the Bus Loop – Eagle Creek Elementary.
📅 Date: Wednesday, October 22
⏰ Event Time: 4:30–7:00 pm
🚪 Setup Time: Please arrive between 3:30–4:00 pm to set up your car. Gates will close promptly at 4:15 pm for safety.

    As a participant, you’ll:

    • 🚗 Decorate your car with a fun Fall or Halloween theme (school-appropriate)

    • 🍭 Hand out candy/treats to students & families (school population ~850, event open to all our students, family and staff)

    • 🎁 Optionally share small goodies, prizes, or promotional items

    • 🪑 Bring chairs or a small table if you’d like for comfort

    • ✨ Get the chance to showcase your business or simply join in for fun and creativity
